House Rules and manual

These rules should be common sense to most people. These need to be covered so you are fully aware of your obligations.

These are the conditions of your stay and not abiding by these MAY invalidate your booking/visit and you MAY be requested to leave. If on arrival you feel you can’t meet these conditions, please contact me immediately, on the mobile given .

• Check in after 4pm and check out before 10 am unless otherwise agreed
• This is a family home.
• No excessive noise between 8.00pm and 7.00 am.
• No pets
• NO Smoking
• Remove shoes when inside.
• Leave it as you found it.
• Respect the property.
• No Anti- Social behaviour. (Shouting, swearing ect)
• No parties or event.
• No more than 2 additional visitors and no overnight stays for these visitors.
• Malicious or Reckless damage will be persuade through a criminal and civil process.
• All these rules apply to any of your guests and you will be liable for them.
• Pay the damage deposit of £95 if requested.
