These rules should be common sense to most people. These need to be covered so you are fully aware of your obligations.

- Check in after 4pm and check out before 10 am unless otherwise agreed
- This is a family home.
- No excessive noise between 8.00pm and 7.00 am.
- No pets
- NO Smoking
- Remove shoes when inside.
- Leave it as you found it.
- Respect the property.
- No Anti- Social behaviour. (Shouting, swearing ect)
- No parties or event.
- No more than 2 additional visitors and no overnight stays for these visitors.
- Malicious or Reckless damage will be persuade through a criminal and civil process.
- All these rules apply to any of your guests and you will be liable for them.
- Pay the damage deposit of £95 if requested.
