- The heating is part energy efficient radiators and conventional radiators heated using air source heating system.
- The grounds are watered using stored rainwater.
- All rubbish, including guest rubbish is sorted and any recyclable material is processed through the local authority recycling system.
- Green and some food material is composted on-site to be used in the grounds.
